CNE was founded in 1983. The company started by developing and manufacturing gas control systems. CNE is now focusing on network controls development for its existing product applications and business expansion. CNE is a high-tech enterprise approved by Guangdong province of China.

CNE headquarters are located at Zhanjiang city, Guangdong province. The 480 employees work in a 12,000 square meter facility on 40,000 square meters of property. The company also has 3 domestic offices located in Shenzhen, Shunde and Shanghai. The company has already established a sales company named CNE Controls Ltd. in Toronto, Canada and an office in Nashville,Tennessee, USA to better service its North American customers.
